Inspired from the circuitous growth of the wisteria plant, this gate was a unique opportunity to delve into forging solid bronze on a large scale. The fluid design creates both a sculptural entrance and a barricade from deer entering the garden beyond. Each cantilevered half required substantial structural anchors below ground and a hinging systems that would integrate into a cohesive design.
