Salvaged Railroad Rail | 7” x 24” x 7” | 2022
One in a series of four works that portray an inevitable transition towards a postindustrial reclamation of our infrastructure by the awesome and inherent natural forces within this landscape: landslide, tectonic shift, vegetative growth and with this particular piece, the wind and waves that crash along the shoreline where mountain, industry and ocean meet. Below are images of all four supportive works with in the series of “habitat reclamation”.
